Cadillac posts 24% Middle East sales growth

Cadillac has reported a 24% year-on-year sales growth in the Middle East in the first half of 2012. During the first six months of this year, Cadillac experienced a 28% sales uplift in its two largest markets in the region; Saudi Arabia and the UAE. There was also strong growth in Bahrain (up 29%), Lebanon (up 18%), Qatar (up 16%), Kuwait (up 10%) and a fivefold increase in sales in Oman. The increase was driven by the CTS sedan, which increased sales by 47%, the SRX crossover (up 40%), and the Escalade SUV (up 17%).
