Huawei Consumer Business Group is showcasing their latest devices the Mate S smartphone and Huawei Watch in an interactive roadshow launched at select shopping malls across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The roadshow is inspired by the opulence and style of luxury fashion with a sophisticated design. It gives shoppers the chance to experience and engage with the innovative devices, learn more about the Huawei brand, win smartphones and the latest Huawei watch by participating in competitions held daily.
The first stop in the road show is Mirdiff City Center Dubai where it was on until the 15th of December, followed by JBR the Beach from December 23rd – 30th. The road show makes its way to Abu Dhabi’s Marina Mall from January 4th-11th 2016 and finally the Dubai Mall from January 15th – 22nd 2016. In a unique showcase, shoppers have the chance to track their fitness, listen to live classical music, strut down a catwalk and even get personalized consulting from a fashion stylist. The concept reflects Huawei’s devotion to never compromising style for performance. The stand also features a giant-size sophisticated Huawei Watch erected at the epicenter of the stand.

Watch Your Stats
For fitness buffs, the Huawei Watch offers a great opportunity to track heart rate and activity. On the stand, two participants can simultaneously ride stationary bikes while one is connected to a health monitoring machine and the other is wearing a Huawei watch. Both participants will pedal together for a minute and the reporting of each technology will produce an activity report. The Huawei Watch is a great device to keep users active and fit. Visitors can also speak with a fitness instructor who will be available on the stand to conduct 1 on 1 sessions and provide stand visitors health and lifestyle advices.
Huawei Style Guide (Styled by Huawei?)
The roadshow concept was developed with fashion at the forefront and the Huawei Style Guide brings this element to life. A professional stylist is available at the stand from 6-10 PM to offer visitors advice with the help of an app specialized in creating personalized fashion and beauty looks.
To showcase the latest Huawei merchandise and sleek appearance of the flagship devices is a
catwalk centered in the middle of the stand for promoters and visitors alike to walk with the confidence of a model.
The Power of Touch
For those wanting to discover what touch means to them, visitors can take a quiz and input their fingerprint on a Mate S screen for a character reading. Participants will walk away with a ‘What’s your touch character?’ and ‘What’s your style?’ reading that is wirelessly printed out and handed to them as a giveaway.
To really understand what the Knuckle Sense 2.0 technology is capable of doing, stand visitors can interact with a Mate S and watch their engagement blown up on a larger replica screen of the smartphone.
A Huawei Portrait
Interactive mirrors allow visitors to customize a Huawei watch by selecting the style and face. After designing the watch face, visitors can wear the watch and pose behind an opulent golden frame to take a portrait snapped using a Mate S smartphone. The photograph will be wirelessly printed through the Mate S and given as a keepsake.
The Beat of Huawei
Musical and dance performances will take place on each night of the roadshow with a classical quartet, opera singer, prima ballerina and violin and cello duo performing for audiences at each shopping center.
