Dadabhai Travel takes part in Dubai Arabian Travel Market

Dadabhai Travel has recently won two awards from Etihad Airways and Lufthansa for achieving the highest sales rate in the Bahraini market.

Dadabhai Travel announced its participation in the 22nd Annual Arabian Travel Market, a leading global travel and leisure event, which took place in Dubai recently.

Dadabhai Travel joined the more than 2,700 global exhibitors from 86 countries, to represent its fast growing network and branches located across the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

This was the third year running that Dadabhai took part in the exhibition and accompanying conference, which was held this year under the theme “Family Travel”, an area in which Dadabhai is a travel consultant of choice.

The conference and exhibition, which attracted 23,000 visitors, provides an important platform for the travel and tourism sector to showcase new and innovative travel and leisure offerings. This includes a variety of international and regional tourist destinations as well as accommodation options, attractions and new airline routes.

It is also a key event for Middle East travel and tourism, as it seeks to highlight potential business opportunities in the region’s fast expanding tourism sector.

Commenting on the event, Mr. Aziz Gilitwala, Managing Director of Dadabhai Travel – Bahrain said: “We are pleased to have taken part in this important industry event which attracted a large number of visitors including travel agents, corportes & individuals as well as the many clients and partners of Dadabhai Travel.”

Mr. Gilitwala added, “The event also served as a key forum for the promotion and showcasing of the major tourist attraction in the GCC including Bahrain and we were especially pleased to play a role in helping to build awareness of the potential and attractions that exist here in the region. In line with this year’s event theme “Family Travel”, we are working to develop and put on offer a variety of travel packages for families and groups both in the GCC and beyond which will be soon be announced ahead of the summer holidays.”

Dadabhai Travel has recently won two awards from Etihad Airways and Lufthansa for achieving the highest sales rate in the Bahraini market. The share of sales rose 20 percent in 2014 compared to 2013.
