Under the auspices of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council, the second edition of the Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) kicks off on November 22.
This year’s renewal is characterized by multiple topics focused on the concept of innovation, which has been inculcated in the slogan of this year’s edition (Project Management Supports Innovation); which is held concurrently with the UAE Innovation Week.
Elaborate seminars and lectures will be held about innovation spotlighting the current trends of this concept that has become the backbone of vital projects across the globe. An important lecture will be held to shed light on innovation considering it the mainstay of a confident leadership. Discussions will also cover the psychology of serial innovation, as well as leadership & digital innovation.
Several key other topics will be debated during the seminar such as the role of leaders in making projects successful, leadership & governance, management of international sports events, management of investigations at crime scene, how to employ the project management concept in the UAE Mars Mission, management of health care projects, and the concept of customers happiness. A panel will also discuss the management of mega projects, practical methodology, project management in a changing world, and the management of hospitality projects among others.
