Elaf Kinda Hotel reopened in Mecca after SR58m renovation

Saudi-based Elaf Group has announced the reopening of its "Elaf Kinda Hotel" in the holy city of Mecca after the completion of a SR58m renovation project, Saudi Gazette has reported. The reopening of the 240-room property is part of efforts by the company to meet the expected increase in the demand for more hotel rooms during this year's Haj and Umrah season, where an expected over three million tourists will be performing their pilgrimage. According to statistics released by the Saudi Commission on Tourism and Antiquities, there are now a total of 574 licensed hotels and furnished apartments in Mecca, offering over 115,000 rooms under various classifications.
