ENOC, EPPCO UAE to provide full-service to customers

Reaffirming its commitment to customer satisfaction

The entire service station network of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) including EPPCO branded stations in Dubai will now offer 24/7 full-service facility for fuel from May 4, 2015.

As part of its wider customer service strategy, the move complements several recent initiatives that provide enhanced services to valued ENOC/EPPCO customers.

Customers could previously avail of the self-service facility during late operational hours of 12.00 midnight to 6.00 am at all ENOC/EPPCO service stations which is now discontinued. ENOC/EPPCO staff will be on hand to serve them at all times.

Last year, underlining its long-term commitment to customers, ENOC extended the petrol pump hoses so that they could easily reach the other side of the car in a bid to shorten queues at the service stations.
