Ferrari sales in Mideast jump 23%

Ferrari has said its sales in the Middle East in the first quarter jumped 23% with 81 cars delivered across the region, Gulf Daily News has reported. Globally, Ferrari recorded a rise in revenues to €556.1m ($706.6m) and an 11.5% year-on-year surge in cars delivered to the dealership network to 1,733. The increase in sales was attributed to the success of the 12-cylinder FF and the continuing popularity of the eight-cylinder models, most notably the Ferrari California, which is the company's best-selling GT, and the coupŽ and spider versions of the 458 which top the sports car segment.
