The Future Leaders Programme is scheduled on the 10th of May from 2pm-6pm at the InterContinental Regency Bahrain’s Al Riffa Ballroom. The Future Leaders Programme is a recruitment campaign aimed at youths who wish to fast track their Hospitality career to become business leaders in the Hospitality industry in the future.
This programme is a highly selective development programme run by InterContinental Regency Bahrain along with Crowne Plaza Bahrain to assist talented and ambitious young individuals who wish to have a career in the hospitality industry and help them to grow their full potential.
The Future Leaders Programme has exciting opportunities for Bahraini candidates and Expatriates to be enrolled in IHG’s I-Grad Executive Management Training Programme and I-Host Supervisory Training Programme, culminating in managerial or supervisory positions with the sponsoring hotels upon programme completion. These programmes are intended to provide the participants the tools they require to accelerate their career in the hospitality industry.
Along with the necessary exposure, training and mentorship, the chosen candidates also get the opportunity to begin their career by working at InterContinental Regency Bahrain and Crowne Plaza Bahrain.
