iOS 7 changes harmed ‘Here Maps’ user experience: Nokia

Nokia has said it has removed its ‘Here Maps’ app from the iTunes App Store and blamed iOS 7 for the decision, saying the changes made “harm the user experience,” of the app, Digital Trends has reported. “iPhone users can continue to use the mobile web version of Here Maps under m.here.com, offering them location needs, such as search, routing, orientation, transit information and more, all completely free of charge,” Nokia said. Here Maps was released in November 2012, and brought crucial features missing from Apple Maps, such as public transport navigation, and offline mapping.
