Jannah Hotels and Resorts has appointed Hussein Rammal as the head chef for all its hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Mr Rammal will supervise all those hotels as well as the new Jannah Burj Al Sarab which has recently been inaugurated on Mina Road in the Capital.
The chef has more than 30 years of experience in this field, starting in Lebanon and moving to Switzerland, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy & the Middle East.
“I am pleased to join Jannah, one of the fastest growing hotel chains in the country…this position is a good opportunity for me to oversee the food and beverage outlets in Jannah Hotels,” Mr Rammal said.
The chef added that he would be based at Jannah Burj Al Sarab which comprises “First Class” talents that will assist “me to fully deliver a First Class service to our First Class guests.”
Mr Rammal would focus on high food and beverage quality as well as safety and variety, to surpass the expectations of all guests.
