The organisation was bestowed ‘Global Best Customer Satisfaction Award 2014,’ an accolade issued by Hyundai Motor Company in recognition of its outstanding achievement in customer servicing over the last year.
The award was presented to the group during the 2015 Hyundai Global Dealer Convention, which was held in Dubai.

The facility promotes a more personalised customer consultation and enables the entire 360 experience for reviewing Hyundai cars offerings in one convenient space.
The company was also praised for its revamping of its existing showrooms to international designs and guidelines and benchmark practices to deliver outstanding customer experience. The new scope of services and groundbreaking initiatives that include the DigitalStudio are the fruit of more than three decades partnership between, Juma Al Majid Group and Hyundai Motor Corporation, the bonds of which were forged in 1983.
