JW Marriott Marquis Dubai wins another 17 awards and accolades in 2014

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is delighted to be the proud recipient of 17 international industry and media awards in 2014. Exceeding its 15-strong record for 2013, the world’s tallest hotel is reaching new heights in hospitality excellence.

The Food and Beverage offering at the Emirates owned property was the most highly awarded segment; with 10 accolades received from renowned publications such as Time Out Dubai, BBC Good Food, What’s On and Masala. The most awarded outlets included Rang Mahal, the hotels resident Indian restaurant operated by Michelin starred Chef Atul Kochhar, followed by Tong Thai offering authentic Asian food in a stunning setting, and Positano Italian restaurant, which prides itself on serving authentic Amalfi Coast cuisine.

Throughout 2014, the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai was also awarded a number of impressive international titles including: World Travel Awards World’s Leading New Hotel 2014, Business Traveller Middle East Best Overall Business Hotel Middle East and the Tatweej-Academy for Excellence, Excellence and Quality award -Best Hotel in the UAE. The hotel is also the largest hotel in the United Arab Emirates to claim the coveted ISO14001 Environmental Excellence certification, as well as being the first JW Marriott hotel of 67 globally to achieve it.
