Kuwait says passenger safety is top priority

Recent breakdowns of some of Kuwait Airways aircraft has prompted the government to suspend the flights of three to five planes, Kuna has reported. Financial losses as a result of the decision "are not important, as long as the safety of passengers is not in danger," minister of communications Salem Al-Uthainah told the news service. "There is no room for courtesy at the expense of the lives of people," he said.
