Following its massive success last year, Middle East Car of the Year (MECOTY), will commence the ‘Public Voting’ phase on 1st September 2015, as major car manufacturers gear up to launch their online vote generation campaigns.

We were fortunate to win this award last year thanks to our customers, fans and followers who chose the Audi RS 7 as the outright winner. The nominated vehicles are currently undergoing a stringent selection process by a select panel of judges to evaluate the best cars across various categories. Once the jury casts its final votes, the organisers will open the online voting platform for a month before the awards night, which will allow general public to vote for their favourite new vehicle and make it win the coveted Public COTY award.

Launching alongside will be a comprehensive test drive reviews database of all the nominated vehicles by specialist automotive media from across the region. The database compiles and presents multiple test reviews of all nominated vehicles by expert motoring journalists.

The gala awards will see attendance of high-profile executives from all international car manufacturer’s regional offices, their respective distributors and specialised automotive media as well.
