Following its continuous yearly grand success, Mercure Grand Hotel Seef, has kick started this year’s Turkish festival with a grand opening the fourth Turkish Festival of authentic cuisine and folk dance 2016 in the presence of Mr. Jasim Al Zayani as well as Mr. Mohammed AlZayani along with Mr.Yasser Bahaa, the General Manager at Mercure Grand hotel who had welcomed the festival’s guests including her Excellency the Turkish ambassador in Bahrain, Ms. Hatun Demirer, besides a number of high level dignitaries and VIP’s and various media representatives.
The festival is being held at the hotel’s signature restaurant “Neyran” and will continue until the14th January 2016, daily, starting from 8:00 pm until midnight.
The festival features a variety of entertaining programs of art, dance and music to discover Turkey’s charm, its culture, heritage and hospitality, through a selective taste of the Turkish delicious food that is well known as the heritage of Ottoman cuisine which is prepared and catered by distinctive Turkish chefs coming directly from Mercure Hotels in Istanbul. The festival is also entertaining its guests with several live performances held by unique Turkish folklore dance groups in addition to belly dance shows.
