Mobily to provide Saudi East Province beaches with free Wi-Fi access

The mayor of Saudi Arabia's East Province, Fahd Aljubair has announced free Wi-Fi access will be available by the middle of this month along the beaches of the two cities of Dammam and Alkhobar, Arab News has reported. Mobily will provide the service for this private and public initiative, Aljubair said. As part of the plan, the civic body has set up 50 high-speed internet access points along the two beaches, with plans set to expand the service to other areas, he said. "EP municipality is keen to expand such services to cover many more areas by the first quarter of next year," said Aljubair.
