Abu Dhabi-based leading hotel management firm, Rotana has said it is planning for a major expansion in Saudi Arabia. The plan will see Rotana add more than 4,100 new hotel rooms and suites to the kingdom’s hospitality sector. The company will move into the relatively new mid-range and budget hotel sector with the opening of four hotels under the Centro Hotels by Rotana brand in Riyadh, Al-Khobar, Dammam and Jeddah. Rotana is currently preparing for the upcoming opening of Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel in Riyadh during the first quarter of first year, which will be its second hotel in the kingdom.
