A Danish national, got his culinary degree from Copenhagen Hotel & Restaurant School. Flindt has been with Starwood Hotels & Resorts since 1982.
He started his hospitality career back in 1979 as a chef apprentice in North of Copenhagen and becomes Sous Chef at the Plaza Boutique Hotel.
Flindt started his journey with Starwood in 1986 as Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Hotel Oslo Fjord with perfection in the kitchen Flindt heart never left his kitchen and led the steaming performance in becoming Director of Food & Beverage at Sheraton Copenhagen opening more opportunities at Starwood properties in China, Thailand, Egypt and Africa.
Before joining Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, Flindt held a General Manager position at Four Points by Sheraton Le Verdun in Lebanon for more than 6 years.
Flindt is married with two children and loves cooking on his spare time.
