Maria Group International’s digital marketing brand Yospace launched an artificial intelligence(AI) and machine learning (ML) based business bot named ‘bibee’ on Saturday, 29th February. 

Crafted with small to medium-sized businesses in mind, bibee represents the influence of AI, ML, and IOT in business today. 

In line with UAE’s path to becoming one of the most technologically supportive governments in the world, the chatbot has arrived at a time when large scale corporate companies have already made the shift from having product service teams to human-like AI tech for customer support- seamlessly saving billions in customer service worldwide and increasing social media engagements by as much as 154%.

However, the cost of installation, customization, and maintenance pushes it out of the scope of small to medium-sized businesses to achieve, even in an era of robotics and the internet of things. MGI’s CEO, Thanveer Ummer believes that this technology will help save millions in customer service for SMEs, as well as large businesses.
