Zain Kuwait lead partner of Knowledge Club for second year running

Company hosted international speaker Scott Friedman in its main headquarters

Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced its lead partnership of ‘Knowledge Club’ for the second year running.

The event, organized by Vigor Events, is considered one of the biggest training programs in the country, and hosts some of the world’s top experts and speakers throughout the year.

Zain’s lead partnership of this comprehensive event comes in line with the company’s strategy that aims at developing its human resources, as well as to provide world-class training programs, as it considers its employees as the company’s most valuable asset and a main element of its overall success.

Knowledge Club’s workshops and seminars commenced in April and will continue until December 2015. The comprehensive training program offers companies and institutions as well as Zain employees with an opportunity to develop their skills directly from the world’s leading experts and speakers.

The first of Knowledge Club’s seminars was held recently, where it hosted international speaker Scott Friedman, who discussed various innovative rituals for fostering an open and engaging workplace, and explained how understanding the element of surprise can be used to facilitate a better connection with employees and customers.

This integrated program of training sessions will bring together a selection of the most famous authors, trainers, and consultants to provide participants with the opportunity to identify the most important challenges facing institutions and enterprises and also offer a comprehensive climate of analytical exchange of ideas and debates that contribute to the production of realistic solutions to resolve those challenges.

Zain has reserved specified seats in all seminars and workshops for its employees, giving them an opportunity to attend and gain valuable information from knowledgeable speakers, business leaders, and worldwide authors. This comes as part of Zain’s comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility program towards its own employees.
