Zain strategic partner of ‘Thameen of Kuwait’ project

Zain will remain as a main supporter of such innovative initiatives

Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced its Strategic Partnership with the ‘Thameen of Kuwait’ encyclopedia project, which aims at shedding light on the achievements and talents of Kuwait’s youth in various sectors and fields.

The project came under the patronage of HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.

Zain took part in the encyclopedia’s inauguration ceremony that was held last weekend with the attendance of a number of prominent national figures including HH the Amir’s representative HE Sheikh Salman Al Homoud Al Sabah Minister of Information and Minster of State for Youth Affairs, who honored Zain by presenting the honoring token to Zain’s Corporate Communications and Relations Director Waleed Al Khashti.

Zain’s Strategic Partnership with ‘Thameen of Kuwait’ comes in line with the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategies, which largely caters to the further development of the youth sector.

Especially that this unique initiative aims at highlighting the achievements of ambitious Kuwaiti youth, ultimately catering to the further progress of the national economy.

‘Thameen of Kuwait’, meaning ‘the valuable of Kuwait’, is a national project that aims at shedding light on the achievements of talented young Kuwaitis in various fields including the arts, literature, industrial work, inventions, and more. A photographic encyclopedia, in both electronic and printed versions, compiles the achievements of 100 talented young Kuwaitis with the aim to showcase their work and introduce potential investors to their work.

Zain will remain as a main supporter of such innovative initiatives that cater to Kuwaiti youth. The company will remain dedicated to the further progress of youth development in the country, and will spare no efforts in supporting any entities that exert efforts in advancing the advancement of the youth sector in Kuwait.
