The ADX General Index gained 0.72% to reach 3,949.26 points. With only three shares ending in the red, the gauge reached the highest level since Sep. 21 2008, six days after Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy under chapter 11. Shares of Aldar Properties rebounded by 0.70% to reach Dhs2.86. RAK Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank advanced by 7.14% and 2.51%, respectively. Trading volumes have remained low as only 105m stocks were traded, valued at Dhs165.3m.
