Marco Aveta has been promoted to Food & Beverage Manager of the Radisson SAS Hotel located in the bustling heart of Dubai Media City.
Aveta, an Italian national, has gained over a decade of culinary and managerial experience in the Middle East with several international and local hotel chains.

He joined the hotel in September 2005 part of the pre-opening team responsible for setting up the kitchen operations and the creation of the restaurant concepts including the Italian restaurant Certo which received many awards for its outstanding Italian cuisine.
