Cluttons Bahrain underlines its commitment to best practice in the region

Cluttons, the real estate specialist that has enjoyed a dedicated presence in the Middle East since 1976 announces expansion to its Bahrain team with the appointment of Kristian Syson as Chartered Surveyor and Associate Director. This move consolidates Cluttons' position as a market leader and its commitment to best practice.

Kristian brings to the role over ten years of experience, including three in the Middle East region. His expertise covers a range of specialities including disposal and acquisition, development, consultancy, feasibility studies, valuation and property management.

During his career, Kristian has been involved in key projects in the Middle East and North Africa, with particular reference to the key conurbations in Saudi Arabia, where he has advised a number of government bodies, financial intuitions, private investors and conglomerates on real estate and valuation matters. Kristian holds a postgraduate degree in Urban Property Surveying from the University of Northumbria and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
