Mr El-Ali has 20 years experience in the IT industry mainly in the Middle East. He brings to the position a vast knowledge in management, Technology Sales and Services.
Mahmoud is responsible for managing 3Com teams, defining strategy, and driving sales across the Middle East region with immediate effect.

Most recently, Mr El-Ali was with Computer Associates, where he held various positions including Regional Manager for Technology Services for EMEA-EAST, and General Manager for the Gulf region.
Prior to this, Mr El-Ali was Regional Manager of GBM, IBM’s networking and security operation in the Gulf region.
He was also Regional Professional Services Manager for NCR for the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

Mahmoud El-Ali, 43, is Lebanese and speaks Arabic, English and French and gained his degree in Electronics Engineering from the Lebanese University.
