With the popularity of suburban villa communities rising and more registrations and interest being shown in the newer developments across Dubai, Allsopp & Allsopp talk buyers through some of the city’s most popular areas.
Mira community has grown in popularity with Dubai families over the last few years. Mira offers affordable housing of a very high standard.
Although, further from the city than other suburban communities, the development offers a community feel and is a home away from home for expats.
AED 2.5 million will be more than enough to pay for a top of the range villa in Mira with cash left over for upgrades. A Type 1E property located on the community park and pool would be within reach. A Type 1E includes 3 bedrooms plus a maid’s room and offers a 2867 sqft plot.
Jumeirah Village Triangle offers an array of townhouses and independent villas. The area is an ideal location for professional couples who work in the city and are looking to purchase in Dubai for the first time. The community is situated just off Al Khail and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Road giving easy access to main routes leading to key areas within the city quickly.
For AED 2.5 million a buyer can expect a fully upgraded 2-bedroom independent villa with a maid’s room. The independent villas boast a very large plot size of 7498 sqft and a 2690 sqft built up area. The Arabian Ranches are extremely pedestrian-friendly and a sure favorite of Dubai residents.
