The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently participated in an Oracle Usability Advisory Board meeting held in Dubai. The meeting allowed the Chamber representative to speak about the organisation’s experience in using Oracle Fusion system which it has adopted as part of its efforts to develop its services for the benefit of the wide segment of its members and the overall business community in Dubai.
Mr. Atiq Juma Nasib, Senior Director, Commercial Services Sector, Dubai Chamber, shared the Chamber’s experience of using the new Oracle Fusion Application which includes Financial, Procurement and Inventory and Human Capital Management suites, and allows the customers to reduce the time it takes to complete their transactions while helping the Chamber to achieve excellence in its IT operational efficiencies as well as cost reduction.
In his address to the gathering, Mr. Nasib stated that the Chamber is committed to providing the most upgraded e-services to the representatives of the business community and its wider clientele base as part of its efforts to enhance customer satisfaction while enriching the reputation of Dubai as a leading destination for business and finance.
The Dubai Chamber has recently launched smartphone app on the iOS and Android platforms which provides users with all the information about Dubai Chamber, its products and services, upcoming events, press releases and archives of all Chamber TV videos and e-Government in a very concise and effective manner.
