In its bid to support government initiatives to boost trade and commerce, facilitate the development of business and investment prospects, and strengthen economical relations between Iran and Oman, pioneer exhibitions and conferences organizer Omanexpo will hold the Iran Country Solo Exhibition from January 6 to 10 at the Oman International Exhibition Center.
The five-day exhibition, co-organized with the Iran International Exhibitions Company, will feature over 100 companies from Iran, covering diverse product segments ranging from handmade and machine-made products, home appliances, interior decoration and food products to medicinal, steel and metal, petrochemical products, power and industry-related equipment, construction materials, industrial machinery, and information communication technology (ICT).
Nader Abbas, general manager of Omanexpo, says “This event is a way by which we could help promote the high-quality products of Iran, pave the way for their expansion and increase their trade presence in identified markets in Oman. In turn, it will open up opportunities for SMEs, manufacturers and distributors who are seeking to increase their business prospects and expand their businesses.”
To add further value to the event, the organizers have set up a facility for business-to-business meetings to ensure that companies get the maximum networking and promotion benefit out of their participation.
“We want to be able to offer the most effective tools to move businesses, whether small or big, forward. We hope that this show will be a truly profitable one for participants and visitors.” Abbas adds.
Iran Country Solo Exhibition will be open from 9:00 am to 1:00pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm from January 6 to 8; 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on January 9; and 10:00 am to 7:00pm on January 10.
It will be inaugurated by HE Dr. Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidi, Minister of Commerce and Industry Oman and HE Engr. Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, Minister of Industry Mining and Commerce Iran.
