Evans has returned to Oman to develop the next phase of the Barr Al Jissah Residences, having worked on the feasibility of the project three years ago alongside James Fox and Toni Howard, Managing Directors of PRDnationwide.
With twenty five years of experience in the real estate industry, Evans brings a wealth of added knowledge and service to PRDnationwide MENA, having worked in the Company’s Sydney and Brisbane corporate offices where he was Acting General Manager and Director of Project Marketing, respectively.
Evans has developed, financed, project managed, marketed and sold 75 residential projects and achieved 10,000 sales at a value of $3bn in Australia. These premier residential projects marketed in Queensland and New South Wales include Parklands, Bretts Wharf, Pacific Harbour, Mariners Reach and Riparian Plaza to name a few.
