Qatar’s infrastructure spending may reach $150bn in five years

Qatari finance minister Yousef Hussein Kamal has said the country's total spending on infrastructure is expected to reach $150bn over the next five years, Gulf Times has reported. Expenditure on infrastructure in the non-oil sectors will range between $120bn and $140bn over the next five or six years, while spending on the oil and gas sector is estimated to range between $30bn and $40bn during the same period, Kamal said.
