Toshiya Honda, who has worked in some of the most celebrated hotels and restaurants throughout Asia, Europe and America for the last 25 years, joins Rosewood Corniche from his role as Executive Japanese Chef for The Renaissance Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Chef Honda also has experience working for other five star hotels such as the Bali Padma Hotel in Bali, Indonesia.
