Samsung SDS, an IT services arm of Samsung Group, has announced it has been selected by Saudi Aramco to implement the IT package of a cultural centre in Saudi city of Dhahran. The firm said it will provide its proprietary digital space convergence (DSC) technology that was used in the National Museum of Korea and Yonsei and Myongji Universities. DSC is an emerging IT business model that integrates digital gadgets, wireless and wired networks, software and design. The King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture is being built to commemorate Saudi Aramco's 75th anniversary.
