The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) General Index dipped 0.27% to 1,578.68 points. Islamic home finance company Tamweel gained 0.32% to reach Dhs0.94. After a fickle start at its re-listing on May 10, Tamweek shares have rebounded and have surged 12.94% during the last week. Kuwaiti investment company Ekttitab lost the most, diving 3.11% to Dhs0.405. Earlier in the day, Ekttitab reported a KD2.6m ($9.4m) loss for the first quarter 2011. Nine shares gained, 16 declined and four ended even. Some 157.9m stocks valued at Dhs145.26m changed hands.
